At AMAARÉ, we take pride in crafting high-quality perfume oils. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mailto:info@amaarearomahaus.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping packaging

We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

Orders that arrive damaged
Incorrect items received
Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
